Spoiler alert, it’s worth it!

I spent three nights at this cozy spot with two queen beds. The staff were exceptional, especially Brenda, who went above and beyond during an internet outage. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The location had its challenges, but overall, this was an excellent stay thanks to the friendly service and clean environment.

easy access to parks and restaurants for city strolls

i recently enjoyed my stay and found it great for exploring the area as it was just under 3 km from clifty falls state park, perfect for a nature break. There were wonderful dining options like el nopal and sushi bar just a few steps away, making it super convenient to enjoy a meal after a day of walking around.

great staff but inconsistent cleanliness

The staff were friendly and helpful during our entire three-night stay. The room featured a comfortable arrangement with two queen beds that were perfect for our family. Nearby dining options were excellent, particularly the atmosphere at Black Olive.

Some common areas lacked thorough cleaning and could use more attention to detail.

The indoor swimming pool was my favorite spot to unwind and soak in some fun vibes. I loved lounging in the sun while enjoying a good book near the jacuzzi. The convenient location made it super easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions!

I was looking forward to my stay, but

the check-in experience was a disaster. I booked a room for my family, but we were given one bed instead of two. After requesting a new room, we entered to find it occupied! Unbelievable that they charged more than I was quoted, too.

Great pool for relaxation! The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our family. Really appreciated the hot water and amenities in the room.

Great location close to Clifty Falls and downtown Madison, with excellent nearby restaurants like Black Olive and Sushi Bar. The room was equipped with a comfortable bed, a working fridge, and a microwave, making our stay quite convenient.

i recently stayed for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was. my previous stay in madison was decent, but this place exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and great amenities. i especially enjoyed the indoor pool that was well maintained, making for a fun evening activity.

the air conditioner was leaking.

The fitness area is in dire need of attention!!! Guests consistently had issues with noise from neighboring rooms, and the pool area lacked proper maintenance. A much-needed renovation could improve the overall quality of stay dramatically.
